Web Hosting

  • Proper Use
    • Hosting Accounts are not to be used for Illegal activities such as the following but not limited to the following.
      • SPAM Email
      • Distributing Sexually Explicit Material
    • Telford Internet reserves the right to randomaly check the content of your website (excluding email content)
  • Account Payments
    • Accounts are to be paid on the Due Date
      • Automated reminders are sent to you at the address you have registered with Telford Internet in the Client Area at the following intervals
        • 14 Days before Due Date
        • 7 Days before Due Date
        • 7 Days After Due Date
        • 14 Days After Due Date
        • 21 Days After Due Date
    • Accounts not paid 30 days after the due date will be suspended.
    • Accounts not Paid 60 days after the due date will be terminated (removed from servers) with no copies held for restoration.

Domain Names

  • Account Payments
    • Accounts are to be paid on the Due Date
      • Automated reminders are sent to you at the address you have registered with Telford Internet in the Client Area at the following intervals
        • 28 Days before Due Date
        • 14 Days before Due Date
        • 1 Day Before Due Date
        • 1 Day After Due Date
        • 7 Day After Due Date
    • Accounts not paid on or before the due date will be suspended.
    • Accounts not Paid 28 days after the due date will be removed from our register.
      • Once removed from our register, there is no guarantee that you can register that domain name as others may purchase the domain on the open market.
