Reliable Solution Internet Service - Website Relaunch

Reliable Solution Internet Service has recently launched its new website.

As a result of this change, you will now use your email address to access the http://www.reliablesolution.com.au of the website to monitor your account information. Where we are aware of a relationship between products, ie you have more than one hosting account, we have grouped these in the same user account to help you streamline your account and reduce the need for multiple passwords and user names.

With the implementation of this new website, you will be forwarded reminders that your hosting packages and your domain names are coming up for renewal several weeks before the event with pdf invoices attached for your records.

When ordering a new account you can now order your domain name at the same time. This helps during the order process by removing the need to add your information several times.

 Support
The implementation of the new website has enabled us to integrate a new support system that will allow Kerry and I to keep better track of support issues that arise with your hosting account. Support Tickets can be created via our website which will then notify Kerry and myself of the issue so that we can respond quicker to your issue.

We would ask that ALL support issues relating to domain names and hosting accounts be raised through this system as emails directly to Kerry or myself may take longer to answer if we are unavailable for an extended period of time.

If Kerry or myself are assisting you with some design work on your site or updates to your site, then please feel free to email directly.

You can also view the status of our servers anytime there is an issue with your site not functioning by visiting the server status page.

Affiliates
Our Affiliate Plan has also changed. If you refer clients to Reliable Solution Internet Service and they purchase one of our hosting accounts, you will be rewarded with a credit of $5AUD. When that customer renews the account in subsequent years, you will be credited with a further $5AUD. So over a period of time, you will be able earn enough money to pay for your own hosting account. Any credits that you had under the previous Affiliate program has been transferred to the new system.

Kerry and I hope that you find the new system a bit more friendly to use. If you have any questions or feedback about the new site, please feel free to send us an email.
